Fully Animated Spots
If Affordable Animation is simply adding a :05 tag to a spot you’ve purchased we’ll require an email containing the following:

1)Your logo, high resolution as possible, preferably vector based.

2)Your tag line (slogan), if you have one. No longer than 5 seconds.

3)What you would like in text, limited to three lines (i.e., website, address, phone number).
Custom Spots
If you have purchased one or more Custom Spots, we’ll need everything listed above plus;

1)Your script, no longer than 15 seconds. Or we’ll be more than happy to write one for you. Just include details of your offer or sale including; car models, price points, stock numbers, disclaimers etc.

2)Please specify if you’d prefer a male or female voice over, and voice direction. If you are supplying the V.O. please email in MP3, AIF or WAV formats, again no longer that 15 seconds.

3)The latest manufacturer vehicle video footage (running footage) on Beta SP tape. If you require we will return the running footage to you upon completion of the spot. If you don’t have running footage we can substitute hi-res, large size, vehicle images. These stills can be emailed in either JPEG, or TIF formats.
We here at Affordable Animation will do our best to create the perfect spot for you, and we will work with you as much as possible. However, we will not be held responsible for an unsatisfactory spot if the elements you provided were sub-standard.
